SELF-ASSESSMENT REPORTS FOR ACADEMIC PROGRESS: EVIDENCE FROM BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FACULTIES OF HEIs IN AN EMERGING ECONOMY

Purpose of the study: Quality Enhancement Cells (QECs) are prudent and play a dynamic role in advancement quality higher education. This study examined significance QEC's HEIs an emerging economy like Pakistan.
 Methodology: is conducted on perceived benefits Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) to have initial guideline for further investigation QECs. The research model this has been formulated from outcomes SARs devised previous similar study. was evaluated through quantitative analysis using SmartPLS, determining associated with academia students.
 Main Findings: empirical findings indicated that faculty perception regarding their positive relationship between assessed variables significant.
 Applications will benefit policymakers induct as organizational development tool.
